Membership in the
North American Society for Childhood Onset Schizophrenia is
intended for families/caregivers ('COS Family Member'), and
for medical professionals (MD, RN, LCSW, Ph.D. etc) or others
who are engaged in COS research or treatment ('COS Medical practitioner').
Others wishing to join NASCOS are invited to submit an application
noting their motivation in the Comments section below.
To become a member of NASCOS you need
only to complete and submit the form below. In the
Comments section briefly indicate your reason for wishing to
join the society (i.e. parent of COS child; psychiatric RN,
MD, etc.). Please suggest a Username & Password
for access to members site areas . Your contact information
will only be accessible to other members if you indicate below
that you are willing to have your information included in the
member search results. Contact information will not be provided
to any other organization without your express written permission.
Once your application has been registered by the Webmaster,
you will receive an email confirming your Username and Password.
